The villa is located within a highly exclusive and popular residential complex, consisting of 50 private villas in a secluded area for your privacy and supported by a private security service. In this finely restored “stazzo” you will rediscover the typical features of Gallura’s buildings.

The luxurious villa stands on a plot of land of 900 sqm, while the floor area of the house is approximately 160 sqm.
The house is divided into:
- a ground floor of approx. 120 sqm with living area with fireplace, loft/study, dining room, hi-tech Miele kitchen, bedroom with bathroom overlooking the pool;
- a lower floor of 60 sqm consisting of two bedrooms with respective bathrooms and wardrobe, laundry area and other bathroom.
One bedroom is equipped with a "porthole" window immersed in the pool, the other accesses a courtyard that faces a wall of granite monoliths and plants. You will be struck by the original exposed stone interior walls, as well as the original ceiling with exposed beams. The floors and walls are made of Sardinian marble.
All rooms are equipped with TVs and an internal Lan/telephone network and are finely furnished with high-quality materials: beds, doors and furnishings in Indian teak. There are many original Indian items, reclaimed for you from British colonial farmhouses and restored by hand.
Interior and exterior handrails and railings were designed by architect Lesuisse and made by the skilled hands of his craftsmen, as were all the interior LED lights.
The villa is equipped with a home automation system and set up for broadcasting in all rooms, as well as a sensor alarm system and an independent Daikin air conditioning system (hot/cold).

The outdoor space of your luxury villa includes a rear area with fruit trees and a fully equipped front area.
in particular:
- an outdoor living area with high-quality cushions, an outdoor fridge and waterproof canopies designed by the architect Lesuisse and made of strips of chestnut;
- an outdoor dining area with a large granite and teak table, sink, marble worktop and barbecue, also covered by a canopy;
- a 60 sqm pool lined with an opus of Sardinian Orosee marble and equipped with a filtration and salt chlorination system – electrolysis – and a counter-current swimming system.
These facilities are located within a large underground plant room adjacent to the overflow tank.

Complementing the external decor are numerous Sardinian granite monoliths, marble paving and a garden with ancient plants around much of the perimeter of the plot.
