The recently built Villa Opuntia extends over an area of around 5,000 square meters and enjoys a privileged location in the municipality of San Teodoro. The villa offers a total of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people.
A first sliding door to the south leads to a large, bright patio that separates the living area from the sleeping area and offers a magnificent view of La Cinta beach and the San Teodoro lagoon.
On the other side, the second sliding door of the patio, facing north, provides a great view of Lu Impostu beach and the Tavolara island.
To the right of the veranda, you can find a large, bright, and tastefully furnished living room, followed by the dining room with a stylish glass front and a large marble table with a wooden base that transitions into the fully equipped kitchen.
To the left of the patio, overlooking Lu Impostu beach, the master bedroom with its private bathroom and a sliding door that allows direct access to the garden with English lawn is located, offering a splendid view of the lower beach and Tavolara island.
Next to the master bedroom there is a children's room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a desk, and a small mezzanine with a third bed accessible via a wooden staircase. This room also has its own bathroom and a sliding door to access the garden.
Through a gravel path embedded in the English lawn, you reach the basement of the villa, consisting of two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a double bed and two pull-out single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms also offer direct access to the garden through a sliding door.
The basement of the villa is completed by the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, a bathroom, and two bunk beds.
In close proximity to the main building, there is a small and charming guest house with a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, along with its own bathroom and a fantastic view of the white sandy beach of Lu Impostu.
The floor of the main building is made of parquet, while the floor of the guest house is made of Orosei marble.
The recently built Villa Opuntia stands out with a distinctive architectural design. Inside, a clear modern style dominates with custom-made furniture, while the exterior, clad in stone, is reminiscent of the Sardinian country houses known as "Stazzo Gallurese" .This gives the villa an antique flair that blends in perfectly with the surrounding nature.
The villa boasts several verandas with breathtaking sea views, providing guests with relaxing moments in the outdoor living area and sociable hours with the gentle sea breeze. In addition to the verandas, the villa features a barbecue area directly connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as a space perfect for a sunset aperitif. This area is characterized by its rectangular shape, offering various sofas and a granite rock in the middle serving as a natural table.
Adjacent to the barbecue area, the pool dominates with its sun deck, creating the sensation of being immersed in the sea below.
The garden, completely covered with English lawn, offers about 5,000 square meters, providing the villa with unparalleled privacy and discretion. Another highlight is the large area for sports activities such as soccer or basketball, featuring a spacious field and a basketball hoop. For skateboard enthusiasts, there is a concrete track embedded in the English lawn.
The property also includes a covered parking area for at least three cars on the premises, covered by a pergola made of Corten steel.
